Two heads with a light bulb in the middle.

BUILDING A BUSINESS IS PERSONAL. IT SHOULDN’T HAVE TO BE LONELY.

HOW WE WORK

Most business support is built on a content delivery assumption: if you know enough, you’ll do the right things. But that’s rarely the actual problem.

The entrepreneurs we work with aren’t stuck because they lack information. They’re stuck because of how they see themselves. Meaning, what they believe they are capable of gets in the way of decisions they already know they need to make.

The work here is about changing that.

You already know what to do. So why aren’t you doing it?

This roadblock can be tied to how you see yourself.

Learn more at your own pace

This doesn’t happen overnight.

It takes time, repetition, and the right people around you to start seeing things clearly.

You get to decide what winning looks like.

When you stop measuring yourself against someone else’s definition of success, the path forward gets a lot less scary.

Coming Soon: Peer Advisory Circle

You’re not lost. You’re just moving without knowing why.

The hours and effort are real and legitimate. But somewhere between the doing and the deciding, you lost the directional thread. And that manifests as a lack of motivation. Without that, every next step feels riskier than it probably is.

That’s not a business problem. That’s an identity problem.

The Peer Advisory Circle (PAC) is a 12-week cohort for early-to-mid stage creative entrepreneurs in Summit County. The work is about getting radically honest with yourself: about what you want, why you want it, and whether you’re running toward something or away from something else. That clarity is what makes the uncertain path feel walkable.

Any path is valid when done with purpose.

Applications open July 2026. Cohort begins September 2026.

Let’s Recap

Growth means you’ve won the first round. If you’re hitting a wall, you’re resisting this success. Rather than trying “to get back to X,” you need to accept your growth and find your way to love Z.

We’ll help you get OUT of your OWN way.
