RESOLUTION

Branch Alliance for Educator Diversity (BranchED) is a professional services organization and a collective of university faculty and leaders advancing educational equity and excellence by expanding individual capacity, enabling supportive relationships, boosting institutional effectiveness, and collaborating with communities.

Aducate Digital completed a digital communications audit for each social media platform. We examined the profile health, audience demographics, and post content. A SWOT analysis of the graphics and captions found common messaging themes. Tagged partners generated a list of active and engaged followers.

We utilized this data to create a custom-tailored standard operating procedure (SOP). The in-house Director of Communications used the SOP to implement future marketing campaigns.

TESTIMONIAL

“It was a pleasure working with Aducate Digital. As a nonprofit organization with a small in-house staff, we rely heavily on contractors to help us achieve our goals. The operating procedures Nicole put together for our team was hands-down the most useful and informative content we’ve received from a contractor. The social media guidelines she developed for us has made my job a breeze. I can use the guide to plug-and-play content with confidence knowing it will not only look good, but will convey the appropriate message and tone to hit out target audiences.

She was knowledgeable, communicative, prompt and reliable. We hope to work with Nicole again in the future!”
