THE SOLUTION

This hands-on lab shows you what’s really happening, and how to shift it.

You do good work. You know it. So why do promising conversations with prospects stall, go quiet, or just… not convert?

Most of the time, it’s not your services, products, or pricing. It’s not even your pitch. It’s a communication mismatch. And it’s more fixable than you think.

Why Aren’t Your Prospects Saying Yes? is a 60-minute interactive lab for small business owners and creative entrepreneurs who are tired of inconsistent sales conversations and want to understand what’s actually happening in them.

You won’t be sitting through slides. You’ll do two short hands-on creative activities that surface how you communicate under pressure, where you lean on assumptions, and what your prospects are likely experiencing on the other side of your sales conversation. Then we’ll connect it directly to the client relationship and give you a new way to think about what selling actually is.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer picture of your default communication style and how it shapes your sales conversations
  • A concrete reframe for what “selling” really is, and why your discomfort with it might actually be your biggest asset
  • Practical next steps and resources to keep building the skill

This lab draws on the research behind Charles Duhigg’s Supercommunicators. The activities are built on Aducate Digital’s CARE Codes methodology: a framework for understanding how different people take in information and what they need to feel confident enough to say yes.

This lab is for you if:

  • You’re a small business owner or creative entrepreneur whose sales conversations feel inconsistent or hard to read
  • You’ve had prospects seem genuinely interested, and then go silent
  • You want to build client trust faster without feeling like you’re performing or pressuring

All materials are provided. Come ready to make something and think differently.
