Most business challenges don’t start with strategy. They start with patterns. The way you begin projects, respond to uncertainty, avoid structure, or cling to it too tightly shows up everywhere: in your marketing, your decision-making, and your capacity to lead. How You Create Is How You Lead invites you to slow down and examine those patterns. Not as flaws to fix, but as signals. Through guided reflection and creative exercises, this work reframes leadership as self-awareness in action. The goal is to help you build a business that works with your natural way of thinking instead of constantly fighting against it.

What We’ll Do
Through a mix of creative experimentation, reflection, and group collaboration, you’ll explore the three core archetypes of entrepreneurship. The Doer, Dreamer, and Improviser.
Each archetype carries distinct strengths and blind spots:
- The Doer thrives on execution but may resist uncertainty.
- The Dreamer sees endless possibility but struggles to ground ideas.
- The Improviser adapts with ease but can lose focus in the process.
Using guided exercises, you’ll uncover your dominant tendencies and learn when to lean on others’ strengths instead of trying to do it all alone. The session bridges creativity and strategy, helping you translate insight into practical business leadership.
What You’ll Gain
- A deeper understanding of how your creative instincts shape your leadership style
- Language to identify your entrepreneurial archetype and how it impacts your decision-making
- Tools to delegate, collaborate, and design a business that supports your natural rhythms
- A tangible creative artifact that captures your process and a journal to connect it to your business plan
