CARE styles are a simple, powerful way to understand how people move toward decisions.
Are they looking for clarity? Speed? Structure? Connection?
You’ll learn to spot the patterns and use them to guide your messaging.


First, you examine your own buying behavior:
What held you back before a recent purchase? What finally helped you say yes?

Then, you flip the mirror to your audience:

  • What are they afraid of?
  • What objections do they carry?
  • What would help them feel safe, seen, and confident in choosing you?

This is where it clicks. You’ll map your current customer journey across touchpoints like your emails, website, conversations, and follow-ups. Then, you’ll identify the moments where a mindset shift could happen.
